Parcours study

In a recent study, ika and Institut für Unternehmenskybernetik e. V. investigated how participants navigate together with UrbANT through a course in order to better understand how potential users solve possible challenges on the sidewalk with UrbANT.

Additionally, it was varied whether participants experienced a rather human-like or machine-like communicating UrbANT to assess the influence of different interaction principles on user evaluation and behavior. The results of the study will be evaluated in the coming weeks.
